Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

• Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged / Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at support@zavinoa.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
